A three-judge panel of the San Francisco-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit issued a ruling on June 14 on several appeals filed by the Justice Department in Karnoski v. Federal Judge Issues National Preliminary Injunction against ACA Regulation Banning Gender Identity Discrimination

In an eleventh-hour action, U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor (N.D.
